Ambedded provides 3 years hardware warranty & 3 years Ceph software supports for the appliance we offer to customers. Within the warranty duration, end users could contact Ambedded regional partners or Ambedded HQ for the technical support & service.

We also offer the online ticket opening for the customers who would like to have directly discussion with Ambedded Ceph experts.

(1) For Ceph Storage Appliance

● Hardware: Failure symptom diagnostic, further action with hardware module repair or replacement. The Mars 200, Mars 400 ARM server is a modularized design, easy to swap or replace without interrupting the entire server functionality
● Mars 400 Ceph storage technical support: for the customer who purchase Ambedded Ceph Appliance, we offer the service & support for
  ✓ UVS manager - the GUI Software to help users to deploy, configure, manager, and monitor Ceph easily. Within the product warranty period, customer could have upgrade file from Ambedded, for newer Ceph / UVS manager / Kernel version.
  ✓ UVS Manager license - a license ensure the legal use of the UVS manger, to allow the users to access all the functionality on UVS.
  ✓ BMC FW, in-Chassis Switches FW and Operating system.
